Retail Concept Launch

Jotun Paints, a leading coatings manufacturer in the Middle East, set out to unveil the newly redesigned look of their retail stores. The refreshed retail concept was strategically developed to maximize product visibility and enhance in-store appeal. With “Unlock the Future” as the launch theme, we were tasked with translating this vision into a bold visual identity and an immersive event experience that reflected Jotun’s retail innovation.

Our visual and spatial identity revolved around a circular motif — a symbolic nod to transformation, continuity, and futurism, reinforcing the “Unlock the Future” theme across all touchpoints.

The experience centered around three key pillars: brand positioning, category enhancement, and consumer conversion. To bring these to life, we designed a multi-layered experience featuring a grand reveal, guided tours, interactive activations, and curated moments of engagement to spark excitement and connection.

The experience began with a Heritage Tunnel, guiding guests through Jotun’s rich history in retail. This set the stage for transformation by honoring the past.

In the pre-function area, guests could network while engaging with brand touchpoints, including a themed beverage bar, a photo opportunity, and a digital paint activation.

Upon entering the main event space, brand ambassadors led a series of presentations, building up to a dramatic grand reveal of the new retail identity. This was followed by guided tours through a full-scale replica of the redesigned store. A digital store configurator allowed shop owners to explore customized layouts, enabling deeper engagement and demonstrating Jotun’s commitment to its retail partners.



The visual and experiential assets were developed into adaptable toolkits, enabling seamless regional rollouts across India, Egypt, and North Africa. These assets were also repurposed for smaller-scale launches throughout South Asia and the Middle East, ensuring consistency and extended impact across markets.
