Immersive Capability Showcase

e& Enterprise, the Middle East’s leading technology solutions provider, needed an engaging presence at GITEX, the region’s largest tech exhibition. With a high-profile audience of CEOs and C-suite leaders in attendance, we designed a curated journey featuring interactive screens that allowed visitors to explore and engage deeply with the brand’s services and innovations.
I led the creative direction and spatial design of the experience, mapping out interactive zones and screen placements to maximize engagement. Close coordination with AR and interactive tech suppliers ensured technical accuracy as these elements were integrated. Once the 3D renders were approved, the scope expanded to include planning and overseeing the development of all visual content—ranging from additional 3D assets and 2D graphic layouts to animated videos for 23 screens across five experiential zones.

Each zone was given a unique visual style based on the client’s case studies, while staying within brand guidelines. Often shared as brief text or slides, these case studies were transformed into interactive stories through storyboards and moodboards. The process involved close collaboration with designers and required client approvals at every stage—from concept, narrative planning, storyboarding to final animation.

The five-day event drew over 100,000 visitors, with the experience space serving as a dynamic platform to showcase e& Enterprise’s solutions. Through interactive storytelling and immersive design, visitors left with a clearer, deeper understanding of the brand’s technological capabilities and industry impact.
